Refund and exchange policy
If you are not satisfied with the product, you may return the product to us within 14 days after receiving your order for an exchange or refund provided the product is unused and in its original condition.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for covering the shipping cost to return your item unless the item is faulty.

Shipping
New Zealand orders incur a flat rate fee of $5.50 excluding rural and Waiheke Island deliveries. Rural and Waiheke Island deliveries incur a shipping fee of $9.50.
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $80.
Our New Zealand shipping is a tracked service.
We do not ship to PO Box addresses, private bags or parcel pod.
Dispatch and delivery times
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days unless advised otherwise.
New Zealand orders are typically delivered within 5 working days after being dispatched.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will be sent a confirmation email with tracking details for your order.
